KALI HOCHO ships from Italy using tracked services. For high-value knives, insured shipping may be used or required depending on the destination and order value.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation and, where applicable, age verification.

Processing times may vary for high-value items, international shipments or orders requiring additional checks before dispatch.

Shipping methods

All orders are shipped with tracking. The carrier and service may vary depending on destination, value, parcel size and insurance availability.

For valuable or collectible knives, KALI HOCHO may choose an insured or signature-required service to reduce the risk of loss or delivery issues.

Shipping within Italy

Orders shipped within Italy are sent with tracked delivery. For certain items, KALI HOCHO may request age verification before dispatch.

Kitchen knives are sold only to customers aged 18 or over.

Shipping within the European Union

Orders within the European Union are shipped from Italy. Delivery times depend on the destination country and carrier.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item can be legally purchased, imported, possessed and used in their country or region.

International shipping

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees or other local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

KALI HOCHO is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures or local regulations in the destination country.

Delivery issues

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, the buyer should report the issue immediately to the carrier and, where possible, accept the parcel with reservation according to the carrier’s procedure.

Please contact KALI HOCHO as soon as possible if a parcel is lost, damaged or delayed. Keep all packaging materials, labels and documentation until the issue is resolved.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal or non-collection, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.
